Erin has spent more than a decade of her life grooming, training therapy dogs, studying animal behaviorism, managing dog daycares, working in the pet food industry and volunteering with animal rescue. "My job is not just to give you back a clean, well trimmed dog, but it's to make your life and your dogs life better. I am a firm believer in communication and education. Let's work together to make your pet happy."
Outside of grooming, she is married and has two children, Grace and Sean. She volunteers in the community and give hundreds of hours every year to Pets Helping People, a therapy dog organization, and Milwaukee Irish Fest.

Jessica Pfannerstill - Groomer / Manager
To say that Jess is passionate about dogs is an understatement. Not only has she spent the last decade of her life grooming and working on animal behaviorism, she is also a foster dog mom for a local rescue, Canine Cupids.
Her kind and compassionate demeanor will make your pup feel right at home at Fancy Pants. She has such a way with dogs that even the most difficult to groom dogs fall in love with Jess and end up showering her with kisses.
Outside of work, Jess shares her life with her partner, Matt, and their rescue dogs, Nasir, Muru and Georgia, and a plethora of foster dogs.
Meaghan Goodloe - Manager/Groomer
Meaghan and her assistants Darla and Gus are an amazing addition to Fancy Pants. Meaghan has been grooming for 10 years and has a passion for dogs and cats!
Meaghan’s kind and patient commitment to grooming makes her a natural, especially with older dogs and cats! With her expertise, Meaghan will be joining Jess as a manager, helping me to keep the shop in order.
Outside of work, Meaghan is an avid traveler and you will ususally see the shop empty one Saturday a month as she jet sets around the world.
